Other times, you are forced to steer the wheel of your life in a new direction, through unfamiliar territories. While at other times, even at the peak of achievements, you may need that sense of calm and purpose; ‘peace of mind’. In such times, in a comfortable and supportive environment, we customise support approaches that help you build the mental capacity to redefine and attain your personal goals, and find fulfillment while at it!

At the PDC reflection centre, we inspire, challenge, and empower our clients to identify and resolve issues that stand in the way of expressing their full potential as individuals, as members of a family, and as participants in the marketplace. Our mental/emotional health support approaches take the form of individual therapy, group therapy and workshops, and guided practices such as meditation aimed at refocusing your attention and calming the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. We also have coffee conversations, where individuals can express their personal struggles to a professional, but in a relaxed, non-judgemental, and largely informal atmosphere.
Our approaches are aimed at enhancing your emotional well-being and building the mental capacity to handle the curveballs and the punches that life throws at us.
